About Our Client Addison Group is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing organization. Job Description This role will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with a focus on engineering and highly technical positions. The ideal candidate is organized, technically savvy, and comfortable managing approximately 20 open roles at once. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer. Recruit for engineering and technical positions. Build active and passive candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies. Conduct screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations. Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Meet recruiting and hiring goals. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Technical or engineering recruiting experience. Experience managing high-volume requisitions. Strong sourcing and communication skills. Ability to build strong hiring manager relationships. ATS experience Team-oriented and aligned with values such as innovation, integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
