We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to establish a productive business in the Orange County luxury market while earning rewarding commissions. You will gain practical exposure to luxury listings, property marketing, buyer consultations, seller presentations, negotiations, and transactions. Working around experienced luxury agents gives you the opportunity to understand the preparation, market knowledge, professionalism, and client experience required when representing higher value properties.

Coaching and structured accountability will help you focus on productive daily activities while developing stronger sales and relationship building skills. The goal is to help you create a growing pipeline, earn repeat and referral business, and establish yourself as a trusted real estate professional within the Orange County luxury market.

• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
