Application Developer II

Role Description
Analyze, design, code and test software through the production lifecycle according to functional/technical specifications that meet business requirements.
- Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing software for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
- Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
- Assist in software deployment as required based on build specification.
- Utilize UML Modeling and advanced OOP principles for n-tier applications in multi-tier architectures.
- Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
- Perform technical code reviews of peers to ensure that proper coding methodology is being adhered to.
- Work within an iterative approach methodology.
- Triage and work incident management requests.
- Maintain an understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and configuration management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in software design, development, coding, and testing using UML Modeling and advanced OOP principles for n-tier applications in multi-tier architectures in the healthcare industry.
Benefits
- Compensation Range: $83,000.00 - $132,800.00
- In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
