Cook Position at Mt. Lebanon School District

The Mt. Lebanon School District Food Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Cook at Mt. Lebanon High School. This is a Floater assignment that will rotate among the cook stations in the High School and middle school cafeterias on a daily basis. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent 10-month position working 6.5 hours per day, scheduled between the hours of 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when students are in attendance during the regular school year. Additional work/training days may be scheduled by the Food Services Department on an as needed basis. Hourly Rate: $19.01 This position is eligible for: Paid time off in the form of sick and personal days Individual coverage of district sponsored health, dental, and/or vision insurance benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period Work shirts provided Reimbursement of up to $150 per school year for the purchase of district-approved work pants and/or shoes The ideal candidate will be a friendly, team-oriented, and reliable individual who enjoys working with students and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking a steady placement in customer/food service, working Monday through Friday daytime shifts with weekends, holidays, and summers off.
