Key Responsibilities

* Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom * Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options * Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally * Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication * Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships * Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills

Qualifications

* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools * Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work * Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required * Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese communication skills are a plus, but not required
