As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our residents. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for our residents Collaborate with nursing staff and management to identify staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary Monitor and maintain accurate records of staffing levels, hours worked, and employee availability Participate in recruitment efforts to attract new staff members and promote a positive work environment Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staffing and scheduling Achieve excellence in the care and well-being of each individual we serve, as our mission statement promises Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) preferred Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
