As our Facility Projects Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Glendale facility - the go-to person who solves problems before others even notice them, keeps teams aligned, and makes every shift run like clockwork.

The Role

What You'll Actually Do Day-to-Day. No two days are the same. Here's a taste of the impact you'll make:

• Own the shift - oversee daily operations, ensure seamless transitions, and be the first line of problem-solving
• Drive results - track metrics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations
• Build great teams - train and onboard transcription staff, deliver feedback that actually helps people grow
• Keep the facility secure & compliant - manage access control, safety protocols, and clean room standards
• Communicate across all levels - be the bridge between on-site teams and management
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them - your ideas for improvement will be heard and implemented
• Bonus points if you have experience in the language services industry or knowledge of safety/compliance regulations. A typing speed of 40+ WPM is preferred.

The Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hrs/week) at our Glendale, CA facility. Shift windows:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (rotating)
• Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

You're the perfect fit if you're:

• A natural organizer who makes chaos look manageable

• A communicator who's equally comfortable talking to a new hire or senior leadership

• Proactive - you see a problem and you're already halfway to solving it

• Experienced in operations, project coordination, or admin (2+ years preferred)

• Comfortable with Google Workspace and fast-paced digital environments

• Flexible with scheduling - including some evenings and weekends

• A high school diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees welcome but not required)
