Insurance Sales Agent - Full Time | Waco, TX


Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local company for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent in Waco, TX. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with career growth potential, paid training options, and commission opportunities.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay: $15-$17/hr based on experience + commission


The ideal candidate will already hold a General Lines Property & Casualty License, but candidates with strong sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. For the right unlicensed candidate, paid in-office licensing training is available at $12/hr during the 2-week study process.


Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Assisting customers with insurance products and coverage options
• Generating new business through calls, referrals, and leads
• Providing excellent customer service and follow-up support
• Maintaining accurate customer and policy information

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Insurance license preferred, but not required
