Dynamics Power Platform Developer Mid-Level

What You’ll Do Design and enhance Power Apps (canvas & model-driven) in GCC High, adhering to Section 508 accessibility, least-privilege security, and FISMA standards. Implement Power Fx logic, reusable components, and responsive UX patterns. Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, complex expressions, orchestrations). Design Dataverse tables, rules, and relationships. Integrate with external systems using REST/JSON APIs with Microsoft Entra ID (Gov) OAuth 2.0, managed identities/service principals, and Azure API Management (Gov). Develop custom components (PCF) using JavaScript/TypeScript. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions. What You Bring Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) at enterprise scale. Strong Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, and REST API skills. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF (React/TypeScript), VS Code, Git, and Power Platform CLI. Experience with ALM/DevSecOps using managed solutions, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub), quality gates, code reviews, and automated validations. Practical agile experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery. Strong collaboration and communication skills. PL-200, PL-400 or other Power Platform certifications are preferred. Qualifications 3+ years Power Platform experience. 7+ years of Software Development experience. Preferred Experience Power Platform Well-Architected Framework. Experience in regulated environments (public sector, healthcare, finance) or familiarity with GCC High considerations. Performance engineering for Dataverse/Power Apps/Power BI; load testing. Experience with Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio assisted development. Familiarity with FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST 800-53 aligned practices: logging, auditing, evidence capture; supporting ATO documentation. Accessibility: Section 508 / WCAG conformance in UI and reports.
