About our Brand Ambassador position: As a Brand Ambassador for TopView Sightseeing, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers, tourists, and local communities to drive awareness and interest in our sightseeing tours and packages. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner. Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information. Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus/boat. Collecting guest information to assist in resolving customer service‑related issues and concerns; coordinating with and supporting colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day‑to‑day operations; responsible for company equipment. Promoting a culture of positivity; monitoring safety of employees and guests. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to engage diverse audiences and articulate key selling points effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, forging rapport with customers and colleagues. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, passion for travel and tourism. Knowledge of New York City attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots preferred. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service advantageous but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with potential for remote or offsite assignments. Pay Rate: $19 per hour. Job Type: Part‑Time, Seasonal.
