Location: AdventHealth Kissimmee
Start Date: **MUST BE ABLE TO START u pon completion of credentialing (approximately 4–6 months)
About the Role:
\n We are seeking a dedicated nocturnist to join our team at AdventHealth Kissimmee. This is a nocturnist position with no day/swing shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:

15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $335,000
\n - \n
Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
\n - \n
RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay
\n

Responsibilities:

Admissions (10-14 on average)

APP work nightly to assist with admissions and floor calls

No procedures or codes required
\n - \n
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management

Qualifications:
\n- \n

Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\n - \n
Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
\n
