Job Title: SAP Finance and Controlling. Location: Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities Lead design workshops; define global template, fit gap and solution blueprint. Own configuration strategy for FI/CO and integration points with MM/SD/PS/PM. Drive data migration support (GL balances, open items, assets) and reconciliation. Define testing strategy, supervise SIT/UAT, signoffs and audit evidence. Design authorization concepts (in collaboration with security team). Manage cutover plan, hyper care readiness, training approach and KT. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory/tax requirements. Guide enhancements, automation, and performance improvements. Required Skills 7-12 years SAP FICO. Strong leadership, delivery ownership, and client-facing skills. Solid S/4HANA Finance exposure; good understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) implications. Experience with integration, closing, reporting, and governance.
