What Youll Do:

As a Cook youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Cooking fresh high-quality meals including baking roasting and grilling all meeting our high standards for flavor presentation and resident dietary needs .
• Assisting with managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste .
• Maintaining a safe organized and sanitary kitchen in line with all food safety guidelines .
• Keeping accurate records for inventory and food temperatures .
• Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members .

What Were Looking For:

• 1 years of cooking experience ideally in senior living or a similar high-volume setting (preferred).
• Ability to work early mid or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
• A valid Food Handlers Card where required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills with expertise in reading recipes labels and adjusting serving sizes.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety including wearing a proper uniform slip-resistant shoes and gloves as required.
