Richmond, KY | Contract-to-Hire

Are you looking for a stable manufacturing position with plenty of overtime and long-term growth potential? We are hiring Production Operators in Richmond, KY to support a busy production facility. This is a hands-on role where you'll assist machine operators, move materials, inspect parts, and help keep production running efficiently.

✅ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM | $15.75/hr

✅ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM | $16.50/hr

✅ 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM | $16.50/hr

Upon Full-Time Hire:

• Pay increases to $17.77/hr
• Additional $0.75/hr shift differential
• Excellent opportunity to significantly increase earnings through overtime

• Load and unload materials to support machine operators
• Sort and organize small parts into crates
• Perform visual and quality inspections
• Use hand tools and read blueprints as needed
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and other production tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable handling crates that may become heavy when full
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated candidates

• Manufacturing facility setting
• Small, lightweight parts are handled throughout the day
• Overtime is required and commonly ranges from 50-60 hours per week
• Schedule flexibility is essential; employees may be asked to start early, stay late, or work additional hours based on production needs
• Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.

The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.50/hr.
