Sales Manager – Premium Spa Services
Payment: $3,000/month base + 3-tier commission
Contract: W9 1099
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to guide clients through our premium spa service offerings. This role emphasizes personalized service, client engagement, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Present spa services clearly, highlighting benefits
Assist clients in choosing treatments tailored to their needs
Monitor and report weekly and monthly sales performance
Ensure clients receive accurate and professional guidance
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and spa solutions
Strong communication and follow-up skills
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a serene, service-focused environment with consistent client interaction.
