Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong assessment and therapy planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic achievement and social development
• Document sessions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students in both group and one-on-one therapy settings, tailoring interventions to individual needs
