Responsibilities for a Contract Manager include but are not limited to:

• Assume full end-to-end ownership of Statements of Work (SOWs) and SOW revisions, including reviewing, redlining, and analyzing terms to ensure alignment with procurement standards, rate cards, and legal policies.
• Initiate and manage critical contract approval workflows within Fieldglass VMS and ServiceNow case management, driving timely progression, signature routing via DocuSign, and resolving pipeline issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between internal business stakeholders, external suppliers, and cross-functional shared services partners (Legal, Risk, and Privacy) to facilitate necessary contract reviews.

Candidates for Contract Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) along with 2-4 years of dedicated contract management experience handling complex procurement or SOW lifecycles.
• Hands-on proficiency with specialized software tools, specifically the SOW module of Fieldglass (or similar VMS platforms) and ServiceNow (or similar case management tracking systems).
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple contract priorities, adhere to strict regulatory compliance, and execute tasks within established enterprise timelines.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with flexibility available); Hybrid schedule requiring 1-2 days per month onsite in Irving, TX.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
