Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: long-term
Work Hours: US Hours
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Philippines)
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating:
- Business requirements
- User stories
- Functional specifications
- Process flows
- Acceptance criteria
- Prior Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
- Experience managing backlog readiness, intake processes, prioritization, and requirements refinement
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to work across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and business teams
- Experience analyzing business processes, system impacts, dependencies, and risk
- Experience supporting UAT and requirements traceability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly Preferred
- Experience working in mainframe environments
- Exposure to:
- COBOL
- VSAM
- Candidates do not need hands-on development experience but should understand legacy technology concepts and be comfortable working with engineering teams supporting these systems
- Experience supporting modernization initiatives involving APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
