Holly, Burlington County NJ.Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunchPay: $18.00/hr.Responsibilities:Process AP invoicesMatch POs to invoicesProcess POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnityUpdate CTF spreadsheetsPost cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthlyReceive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checksDeposit and post Trento rents from consumersOther projects as assignedBenefits:Competitive salarySupplemental incomeMedical, Dental, Vision, 403(b)Generous paid time off benefitsOpportunity for personal and career growthTeam oriented environment – we practice the FISH! PhilosophyQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience;Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;Valid Driver's License required.All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening. All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
