They follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure members have the freshest items. They juggle multiple tasks while helping members with orders. Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, operates baking equipment, follows recipes, wraps, labels, and stores merchandise, ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management, operates and sanitizes equipment, and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Ensures operational excellence, maintains the work area according to company policies, ensures quality and date control for bakery items, secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise, eliminates waste, assists members with purchasing decisions, and ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience, modeling high-quality service and products, executing basics at the highest possible level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
