Salesforce Business Systems Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce, the full-time Manager, Salesforce Business Systems will support users, handle configuration, reporting, and training while collaborating with technical resources in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform to resolve issues and implement improvements Provide user support and training, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce features Collaborate with team members on various projects to drive successful Salesforce initiatives Required qualifications 3-5 years of Salesforce experience Hands-on Salesforce administration experience Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation Experience in training and supporting end users with Salesforce issues Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills Virtual Vocations Inc
