We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!COMPENSATION
$15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification 30% commission rate compensation once certified 32% commission rate Senior Stylist 34% commission rate Master StylistWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environmentREQUIRED SKILLS
Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred Customer service focused; loves on your clients Reliable transportation Strong work ethic Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Ability to work some weekends and some eveningsHOURS/ DAYS
