Shift: 5pm - 3am

Looking for a great opportunity to start a new career or grow your skills? Marathon Staffing is hiring Assemblers in Hartselle, AL!

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to join a supportive and team-oriented work environment. No prior experience is required. Training is provided!

What You’ll Do:

Assemble products accurately and efficiently
Follow workplace safety and quality guidelines
Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and dependable
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not required
