Distribution & Processing Services Specialist I

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Distribution and Processing Services Specialist I to be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail service functions including processing registered, certified, and overnight mail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Scan, weigh, and track mail/packages through internal systems
Prepare and ship packages via FedEx and other carriers
Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related activities
Operate mailroom equipment including postage machines and scanners
Manage print requests, copying, printing, folding, and document production
Support records management, facilities requests, and asset tracking
Provide excellent customer service to internal teams

40% Shipping, receiving, FedEx, and package processing
40% Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail
20% Printing and document production requests
