JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Distribution and Processing Services Specialist I to be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail service functions including processing registered, certified, and overnight mail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scan, weigh, and track mail/packages through internal systems
- Prepare and ship packages via FedEx and other carriers
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related activities
- Operate mailroom equipment including postage machines and scanners
- Manage print requests, copying, printing, folding, and document production
- Support records management, facilities requests, and asset tracking
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams

- 40% Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail
