Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is currently hiring a Communications Assistant for an immediate start opportunity in Baton Rouge. This position supports daily communication efforts, customer coordination, and administrative operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with customer communication via phone and email
Respond to transportation service inquiries professionally
Help maintain accurate communication and scheduling records
Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams
Assist with preparing internal updates and customer information
Perform general office support tasks as assigned
Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Range

$19 – $29 per hour
