We're looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to help bring our brand to life through engaging content and meaningful member communications.This role is responsible for developing compelling content across a variety of channels that strengthens member relationships, promotes products and services, and supports organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, collaborative team player, and skilled communicator who can turn insights into impactful messaging.How You'll Make an ImpactCreate and manage engaging content for email marketing, social media, website pages, blogs, digital campaigns, public relations efforts, presentations, video scripts, and other marketing materials.Manage social media content planning, copywriting, publishing, and community engagement across platforms.Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely, consistent, and strategic communications.Collaborate with marketing, business units, and leadership teams to create messaging that supports products, services, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all communication channels.Serve as a trusted communications resource by reviewing and refining content for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and brand alignment.Support public relations, community partnerships, sponsorships, events, and outreach initiatives through strategic communications and promotional content.Apply SEO and digital content best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and performance.Monitor content and campaign performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.Stay current on marketing, communications, digital media, and financial services trends to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to member engagement.The Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in content development, marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple communication channels.Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency with content creation, marketing, and social media management tools.Why Campus Federal?At Campus Federal, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping members succeed financially while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to service excellence.
