Job Description

As a Communications Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting internal and external communications while helping ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.

You will work closely with team members across the organization, assist with communication materials and correspondence, coordinate information, and contribute to creating a consistent and professional experience for clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily internal and external communications.
• Prepare, review, and organize professional correspondence and communication materials.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure messages are directed to the appropriate team members.
• Support the coordination of meetings, projects, presentations, and company initiatives.
• Maintain organized records, documents, contact information, and communication materials.
• Assist with drafting announcements, presentations, reports, and other business communications.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Help maintain consistent messaging and communication standards across the organization.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, follow-ups, and administrative communication tasks.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and team organization.
