Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for this school-based contract position. This opportunity welcomes skilled SLPs who are passionate about working with pediatric populations and eager to provide direct services through on-site, remote (Voco), or hybrid arrangements, offering the flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Beginning in January and continuing through the remainder of the school year, you'll work closely with educators, families, and students to enable communication growth and academic success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure and, if applicable, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs
- Strong background or interest in school-based or pediatric settings
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals, and delivering therapy services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families
- Experience with virtual (Voco) platforms is a plus for hybrid or remote configurations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to preschool and school-aged students
- Conduct assessments, maintain comprehensive documentation, and monitor student progress
- Develop and help implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Flexibly provide services on-site, virtually, or using a hybrid model, depending on district needs and your strengths
