Full Time Administrative Assistant Opportunity

**Must currently live in Incline Village or be willing to commute daily**

We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Manager in our Incline Village, Nevada office. This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external clients
Assisting with administrative and office support tasks
Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard office software a must
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

A Notary Public certification is required within six months of hire, with all certification costs paid by the company .

Compensation: Starting pay is competitive and will be based on experience.
