About the RoleJoin a dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in building, testing, and improving high-quality products. This is a hands-on, on-site position with a first-shift schedule, offering steady hours and the opportunity to develop advanced assembly and troubleshooting skills. Be part of a culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development. Responsibilities - Assemble components across all product lines using precise hand tools and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints to identify parts and ensure accurate assembly
- Test completed products to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and product testing issues efficiently
- Operate equipment and apply correct dimensioning and tolerances for mechanical parts
- Maintain accurate labor records and complete necessary documentation
- Contribute to process improvements using manufacturing system principles Required Skills and Experience - Experience with mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
- Skilled in using hand tools and performing mechanical rework
- Ability to operate production equipment and follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and quality control Preferred Skills - Experience with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing methodologies
- Previous work in a similar assembly or testing role Benefits - Competitive pay: $20/hour based on experience
- Consistent 1st shift schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed
