Financial Program Specialist

As a Financial Program Specialist, you will:

Assist Digital Payment Solutions program areas to build, maintain, enhance, and operate collection channels, gateways, and programs.
Work with Federal agency customers to establish and improve working relationships and provide guidance, resolve problems, and perform duties associated with a central service provider.
Perform process improvement evaluations of financial programs, processes, and systems to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, identify root cause issues, and provide recommendations for remedies/improvements in policies, procedures, customer service, and program management.
Assist in formulating policies, plans, processes, and procedures for managing and continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting, financial, or electronic invoicing programs.
Evaluate new technology and/or proposed process, system or service changes, and project impact to the program.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, optimizing workflows, and helping manage all day-to-day operational functions required of the assigned program.
