Leasing Consultant
Now Hiring: Apartment Leasing Consultant – Rochester, MI 48307
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday's 8:30am to 5:30pm
BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Rochester, MI 48307 . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

- Location: Rochester, MI 48208
- Pay: $19/hr
- Schedule: Monday through Friday's 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
