Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ignited Recruiting Our client is currently hiring an SEC Reporting Manager , and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team at a dynamic, publicly traded company. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional with a Big 4 background or Big 4 plus industry experience , ready to take ownership of SEC filings and play a key role in external reporting. Responsibilities: Prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, etc.) in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Collaborate with internal teams —including accounting, legal, and investor relations—to ensure timely and accurate disclosures. Review and draft financial statements and disclosures , including footnotes and MD&A sections for external reporting. Monitor and interpret changes in SEC and GAAP guidance , advising leadership on reporting implications and ensuring compliance. Enhance reporting processes and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting (Big 4 a plus) Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (Regs S-K, S-X, etc.) Proficient in financial reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Oracle, Excel) Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills Competitive salary package with annual performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match and other retirement savings options Generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and professional development support Please apply directly or send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io for further consideration.
