The Commercial Lighting Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of its lighting division. This leadership position is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting project execution, managing field and office personnel, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. - Monitor project progress, timelines, and overall departmental performance.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with estimating, sales, and operations teams to support project success.
- Assist with proposal development, budgeting, and project planning when needed.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience within commercial lighting, electrical contracting, construction, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing personnel, operations, project schedules, or service teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of commercial lighting systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Experience with project management, scheduling, or service management software.
- Estimating or quoting experience is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
