Automotive Customer Sales Coordinator

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Automotive Business Development Representative in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Automotive Business Development Representative: $17/hr./full-time hours

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up on leads and generate interest in dealership inventory
• Build rapport with customers, identify their vehicle needs, and provide accurate information about available inventory, promotions, and dealership services
• Schedule appointments with the sales team and encourage customers to visit the dealership
• Follow up with internet leads, previous customers, and unsold prospects to maintain engagement and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information and document all interactions within the CRM system
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through purchase
• Meet established goals for customer contact, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and lead conversion
• Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and dealership promotions

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer interactions
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with prospective customers
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-focused attitude
