Dietary Aide Job Summary:
Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leading senior care provider, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met, while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and satisfaction.
Dietary Aide Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation for residents, including setting tables, serving meals, and replenishing condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and supplies
- Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and monitor food intake
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Adhere to dietary standards, regulations, and guidelines for food preparation and service
Dietary Aide Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
