Job Summary:
The Payroll Specialist supports payroll and benefits operations with a primary focus on accurate data entry and administrative support. This role works within a small, defined scope and assists the Pay & Benefits delivery team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate payroll-related data entry
- Support daily payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Assist the Pay & Benefits delivery team with operational needs
- Work within a limited scope in a designated work area
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll records
