We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Braintree, MA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and daily execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house performance to ensure exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
• Manage restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, food costs, budgeting, inventory, and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, planning, and daily operational decision-making to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engage with guests, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain consistent food quality, preparation standards, and kitchen execution.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for operational and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, strengthen guest satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across all restaurant departments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading restaurant operations, developing management teams, and delivering strong financial results.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, food costs, inventory, and expense control.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and retain high-performing restaurant teams.
• Strong commitment to hospitality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident, visible leadership style with the ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS, scheduling, inventory, and other operational management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
