Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, language fluency, vocal quality, and swallowing capabilities. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care. Actively engage in patient and family education, empowering them to support progress in daily routines. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring consistent and quality care throughout the healing journey. Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Keep abreast of advancements in the field through ongoing professional development and collaborative efforts with peers. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA. Required Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
