GenCare Lifestyle @ Scriber Gardens, a Premier IL/AL and Memory Care Senior Living Community in Lynnwood, is seeking to add an amazing, caring and compassionate Quality licensed Lead Caregiver to our team.

This position would oversee the care team, all the care provided and would work closely with the Memory Care Director, Wellness Director, nurses, and Wellness Coordinator. Extra responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

• Orientating and training new caregivers
• Assisting Memory Care Team in ensuring system flow and ensuring resident rights are being followed.
• Adding and Creating a positive environment for Memory Care Residents through engagement and activities

Must be comfortable working in a leadership role and skilled at building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours).

Six paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday. Two weeks’ paid vacation after one year employment, with an additional week beginning in year 5. 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment.
