Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Advanced Installations

In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our installation department, executing flawless replacements and setting the standard for quality. You’ll be expected to:

• Lead Complex Installations: Execute residential and light commercial system replacements (heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductless systems, and packaged units) safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Mentor & Support: Guide and train installation helpers, fostering a culture of safety, skill-building, and high performance on every job site.
• Quality Control: Perform rigorous post-install testing, commissioning, and safety checks to ensure every system runs at peak performance.
• Deliver World-Class Service: Uphold our proven front-line systems, communicating professionally with homeowners and driving the 5-star reviews our brand is known for.

What We Expect From Our Senior Techs

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated HVAC installation experience with a deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and local building codes.
• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is required; NATE certification is a major plus.
• Local to Tampa: Must reside in the Tampa area and hold a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Leadership & Professionalism: A clean-cut appearance, strong leadership mindset, customer-first attitude, and excellent communication skills.
