Registered Nurse - Hospice Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

DAYS: Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage required.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team. You will deliver personalized, one-on-one care in the comforting setting of patients' homes, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families.
Deliver expert pain and symptom management, offering comfort and support during challenging times.
Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Oasis experience is a must.
Home health experience is required.
Registered Nurse license (RN) is mandatory.
