Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of Civil Litigation experience to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney looking for meaningful case responsibility, direct client contact, hands‑on courtroom experience, and mentorship from seasoned litigators. Their practice covers employment, real estate, business, personal injury, and employment litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis. Prepare and respond to written discovery requests. Take and defend depositions. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses. Prepare for and appear at hearings, case management conferences, and court proceedings. Assist with and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Manage litigation deadlines and maintain highly organized case files. Qualifications: 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (required). Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Hands‑on experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Excellent organizational and case‑management abilities. Professional judgment and confidence to communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
