Customer Service Agent/Reservationist

Job Description Job Description Position is responsible for fielding inbound calls and emails and booking solutions that meet clients transportation needs and expectations.
Job Qualifications
Technical proficiency with computer (microsoft) and phones is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior transportation, event, or, hospitality sales experience is helpful.
Schedule flexibility is valued.
Knowledge of DFW Metroplex geography is helpful.
