General Manager

A high-end Med Spa in Northern Virginia is in need of a General Manager. This is a Builder role, not a Maintenance role. The GM will build the operating structure. This person will become the operational spine, leading from the floor, creating systems, holding standards, and turning a fast-moving business into a proactive, measurable, scalable organization. This leader will own a major portion of the day-to-day business, stabilize and rebuild the front desk, develop provider and team accountability, create operating systems and SOPs, establish a disciplined KPI cadence, partner with marketing on proactive demand planning, maximize provider and room capacity, and prepare Honey for a larger location and future expansion. Areas of responsibility include: Operational Leadership and Owner Partnership Front of House Excellence Team Leadership, Culture and Accountability Provider Performance, Schedule Standards & Accountability Marketing Partnership & Proactive Revenue Calendar Capacity, Scheduling & Space Optimization Systems, SOPs & Scalable Infrastructure Client Experience, Escalations & Service Recovery Inventory, Vendors, Facility & Technology Expansion Readiness & Special Projects Skills and Experience Required: Leadership experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, healthcare, dental, luxury hospitality, premium retail, or another appointment-based service business. Experience managing providers, clinicians, commissioned teams, sales expectations, or other high-skill professionals. Experience with cash-pay services, memberships, packages, retail, consultation conversion, retention, and high-touch client service. Track record of improving provider utilization, room utilization, client conversion, retention, revenue productivity, or operating margin. Experience partnering with marketing on campaign planning, demand forecasting, service launches, events, lead conversion, and post-campaign reporting. Experience supporting a founder-led business, turnaround, rapid-growth environment, new location, or multi-location expansion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
