We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to support customer accounts and daily operational coordination for a specialized manufacturing environment in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role focuses on guiding customer orders from initial pricing discussions through delivery while partnering closely with production, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep customers informed while helping the business maintain efficient, reliable service.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing a clear understanding of their products, expectations, and business needs.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle, including quote preparation, order setup, production coordination, shipping follow-through, and post-delivery support.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding pricing, order progress, shipment schedules, and any issues that may affect delivery commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into operational plans.
• Investigate service concerns and coordinate timely resolutions that protect customer satisfaction and long-term account stability.
• Maintain accurate records for customer accounts, pricing details, commercial terms, and order activity within business systems and administrative tools.
• Support contract-related tasks, account documentation, procurement requests, and other administrative needs tied to ongoing customer business.
• Identify practical opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships by aligning company capabilities with evolving account needs.• Experience in customer-facing operations, sales support, logistics administration, or account coordination within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong follow-up practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer updates, issue resolution, and internal coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP or business systems such as NetSuite, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort handling order tracking, pricing records, account maintenance, and related operational documentation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to address service issues and coordinate effective solutions.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, shipment timing, and customer service expectations in a fast-paced environment.
