The Installation and Service Technician position involves executing white glove deliveries and repairs as scheduled, requiring a customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The individual in this position must be flexible, willing to float between the shipping and production teams as needed to learn product assembly, final quality checks and troubleshooting.
