Scope of Position Provide strategic account management support to ensure we deliver on the strategy established by the Global Account Manager, fulfilling all customer expectations and achieving deep and ongoing customer access. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, PLM, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to coordinate all aspects of support for assigned customer(s). Manage and oversee daily operations and responsibilities of the CEx Program Specialists for assigned account. The role is customer‑facing and requires frequent engagement with various functions at the customer’s level and with their partners. Apply a continuous improvement and data‑driven mindset, using analytics, automation, forecasting, supplier performance insights, and structured operating cadences to improve visibility, decision quality, and customer experience. Be a highly motivated individual who excels at monitoring projects and driving closure for all action items, energetic, enthusiastic, enjoys problem‑solving, and is extremely organized. Day to Day Responsibilities Provide program management support for one of our Hyperscale Data Center customers. Lead account program team, conduct customer‑facing commercial business reviews, prepare internal reporting, and provide executive oversight including Blackbook and long‑range planning. Leverage strategic platforms, automation, and digital capabilities to reduce effort and improve service to delight customers. Support contract negotiations; track monthly progress against the existing contract to manage price‑break timing. Take ownership of orders/products/projects that require higher‑touch points than standard products. Oversee CEx Program Specialists’ daily operations, including onboarding, training, workforce development, team effectiveness, and performance management. Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, identify and implement action plans, and embed a continuous‑improvement mindset within the team. Required Skills and Education 4‑year degree and 10+ years of account or program management experience with strategic accounts. Experience engaging with diverse organization levels from entry‑level to experienced. Experience driving organizational change (people, process, technology). Ability to evaluate opportunities strategically and financially and communicate recommendations. Strong data mining and analytical skills; proficiency with SAP, SFDC, RESCUE, Power BI Data Visualization, etc. Executive‑level presentation skills; experience presenting to OCO and COC leadership. Direct customer engagement experience – presenting, negotiating, and/or training on strategic platforms. Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives that deliver process efficiencies and a best‑in‑class customer experience. Knowledge of data center infrastructure, fiber‑optic cabling, deployment or similar technical environments. Experience with VMI, stocking strategies, forecasting, supplier scorecards, logistics, or international trade operations. Experience creating dashboards, workflows, reports, or models that improve visibility, accountability, cost, speed, quality, or reliability. Desired Skills Master’s degree in a technical discipline. More than one experience within Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or PLM. Strong relationship‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and motivated to learn. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative mindset working with a cross‑functional team.
