Junior AP Master Data Analyst

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in ERP master data administration or technical data management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including intermediate formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

• Experience in customer, vendor, and material master record maintenance and high-volume data entry.

• Experience with core SAP master data tables including MARA, MARC, MVKE, KNA1, and LFA1 structures.

• Experience in data extraction, data cleansing, reconciliation, and audit trail tracking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain customer, vendor, and material master records within SAP systems.

• Perform routine data extraction and bulk data uploads across core enterprise database tables.

• Audit master data entries to identify discrepancies and execute automated or manual data cleansing.

• Coordinate cross-functional data collection to facilitate accurate and timely system inputs across departments.

• Maintain detailed change logs tracking all record creations, adjustments, and database modifications.

• Author standard operational templates and documentation for recurring master data maintenance tasks.

• Support data migration, validation, and conversion testing during enterprise platform enhancements.
