Our organization is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in our Sleep Medicine Clinic.

We are actively seeking a full-time Sleep Medicine provider to become part of our practices located in Everett, Edmonds, and Bellingham, WA. This position is specifically for an ARNP or Nurse Practitioner. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts or on-call duties.

General Responsibilities:

Your role will involve conducting multidisciplinary assessments, treatments, and follow-up consultations for patients with suspected or confirmed sleep-related issues. Our medical and therapeutic approaches encompass a wide range of sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, and circadian rhythm disturbances.

The primary clinic is situated in Everett, with patient visits also occurring in Edmonds and Bellingham. Travel to Bellingham will be required 2-4 times monthly, depending on demand.

You will manage established adult patients referred for evaluation of sleep disorders and occasionally pulmonary conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments
• Ordering and interpreting sleep studies
• Initiating and managing PAP therapy
• Prescribing medications as necessary
• Advising patients on behavioral strategies to enhance sleep quality

You will play a vital role in ongoing follow-up for sleep therapy compliance, patient education, and coordination with durable medical equipment vendors.

Healthcare services will be provided to all age groups in accordance with the State of Washington Department of Licensing and your professional scope of practice. Additionally, you will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare services while making sound clinical assessments and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the State of Washington
• Active DEA registration for controlled substances
• Current certification from a recognized national academy
• Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification for healthcare providers
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
• Background in pulmonary medicine

Education:

A Master's degree (or equivalent) is required.

Experience:

• 1 year in family practice (preferred)
• 1 year in sleep medicine (preferred)

Compensation:

The total compensation package (base salary plus production) ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and education.

Hours:

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
